Take your run training to the next step with our 8-week guided training program. Whether you’re training for a specific running goal such as a 5K, 10K, or a half marathon, or simply want the support and structure of a run training program, we provide at-home and in-person opportunities to train, learn, and improve. Included in the 8 weeks are tips for getting started, detailed training plans for a variety of distances or general running (running and cross-training), as well as nutrition tips for fueling during training. Each week, you’ll receive email support, accountability and progress check-ins from your Run Club+ Coach.

  • 5K A- This training plan is a "couch to 5K" beginner plan
  • 5K B- This training plan focuses on getting comfortable with longer distances
  • 5K C- This training plan focuses on speed for your 5K
  • 10K A- This training plan focuses on getting to the 10K distance
  • 10K B- This training plan focuses on speed for your 10K
  • Half Marathon A- This training plan focuses on getting to the half marathon distance
  • Half Marathon B- This training plan focuses on speed for your half marathon

8-Week Session
Starting Thursday, September 23 we will be kicking off our fall 8-week Run Club+ Training Session. The session will include with the Millersville or virtual Turkey Trot on Thanksgiving.
